Terms & Conditions

1. The Service

CylStock is a cloud-based software platform for cylinder stock management, billing, delivery/vehicle tracking, and related operations for gas and cylinder distribution businesses. We may add, modify, or discontinue features over time as the product evolves.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@cylstock.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscription & Billing

• CylStock is offered on the subscription plans described on our Pricing page, billed annually unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise; GST will be added at checkout as applicable under Indian law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next renewal.

4. Payment & Razorpay

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a licensed third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms of service. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank account details — these are handled entirely within Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant systems. A payment is only treated as successful once verified server-side against Razorpay's signed confirmation.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable except where required by law, or at our discretion in cases of billing error or service failure attributable to us.
• If a payment is charged in error, contact us within 7 days for a review and, where appropriate, a refund processed back through Razorpay to your original payment method.

6. Your Data

All operational data you enter into CylStock — cylinder records, customer lists, transactions, billing history — remains your property. We act only as a processor of this data on your behalf. On request, we will provide an export of your data or assist with deletion, subject to our Privacy Policy and any legal retention requirements.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use CylStock for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data; reverse-engineer or resell the software without written permission; or upload malicious code. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep CylStock available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control (internet outages, third-party service failures, force majeure events).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanya Infosystems' total liability arising from your use of CylStock is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business data, except where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement as described in Section 5. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment or violation of Section 7. Upon termination, your right to access CylStock ends, though data export/deletion rights under Section 6 continue to apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CylStock will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of CylStock after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
