Payment information: when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay — we do not store your card or bank details on our own servers.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected automatically when you use our website or application.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the CylStock platform
Process subscription payments and send billing receipts
Respond to demo requests, support queries, and enquiries
Send service-related notifications (hydrotest alerts, payment reminders, account updates)
Improve our product and website based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information or your business's operational data to third parties.

3. When We Share Information

Your operational data (cylinder records, customer lists, billing history) belongs to your business. We only access or share it:

With your explicit consent
With service providers who help us operate CylStock (e.g., cloud hosting, SMS/WhatsApp/email delivery, payment processing) — bound by confidentiality obligations
When required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process
To protect the rights, property, or safety of Vanya Infosystems, our customers, or others

4. Payment Information

All payments on CylStock are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. When you make a payment, your card, UPI, or banking details are entered directly into Razorpay's secure checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on CylStock's own servers. We only receive a payment confirmation and a transaction reference from Razorpay to activate or renew your subscription.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and operational data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with accounting, tax, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to any legal retention obligations.

6. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — including encrypted data transmission, access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the details below. If you are a business customer, your authorized administrator can manage user access and data directly within the CylStock application.
